Jimmy Buffett Launches His Own Tropical Cannabis Brand

Just in time for 4/20, music legend Jimmy Buffett released his first ever cannabis brand – bringing paradise just a little bit closer.

Paradise Is Just A Puff Away

Buffett has paired up with health and wellness company, Surterra Wellness, to launch his very own cannabis brand. On April 19, 2019, the “Margaritaville” singer released the line by the name Coral Reefer. His highly-anticipated Coral Reefer brand features a series of vape pens inspired by an ocean theme.

The vape pen itself is called the TideRider and is designed to look like a surfboard. Coral Reefer released several vape oils, disposable vape pens, rechargeable vaporizer, and even apparel.

According to the site,

“The carefully crafted CBD-to-THC ratio-based blends range from mild to high intensity, with beneficial effects for everything from immediate pain relief to anxiety and mood management to full body relaxation.”

Each rechargeable TideRider has the option to change out the pod flavor/intensity depending on preference. The pods come in four different options including Seas The Day, Surfin’ In A Hurricane, Stories We Could Tell, and Cabana Daydreamin’.

Seas The Day focuses on a CBD blend that has a more gentle calming effect to relax after a long day. Whereas Surfin’ In A Hurricane has a stronger effect using a THC only formula to help manage pain.

In the press release, Buffett explained his inspiration for the cannabis creation,

“Life is supposed to be able having fun and staying healthy enough to enjoy it. I think Coral Reefer will help a lot of folks do that.

So far, Coral Reefer has only launched in Suterra stores in Florida but is planning to branch out to other states including California and Nevada mid-summer of 2019.
