The woman, identified as 56-year-old Huguette Nicole Young, is said to have been fixated on Clarkson and has returned to Kelly’s home despite having a restraining order filed against her.

Clarkson has reportedly been freaked out by Young’s behavior, stating in court documents that Young has shown up at her home uninvited and even accessed the singer’s property leaving random things like plants, seeds, dog toys, and stickers.

In her court filings, Clarkson states that she fears for the safety of herself and her family, and is asking the court to order Young to stay at least 360 feet away from her, her home, her children, her nanny, and her house manager.

Young was spotted on security cameras driving past Kelly’s home at 1:45am which Clarkson’s security team has reported to the authorities. The situation is still ongoing, and it remains to be seen what the outcome will be.

Also, this is only the first of two stalkers that Kelly is having to deal with right now. Another dude showed up at her home on Monday in a semi-truck in which she got a restraining order on him too.
