Lainey Wilson Handles Wardrobe Malfunction Mid-Concert Like A Pro, “Y’all Just About Got A Real Show”

The show must go on, and Lainey Wilson proved that during a recent concert when she encountered a wardrobe malfunction.
While headlining the Faster Horses Festival in Brooklyn, Mich., on Saturday, July 20, Lainey Wilson unexpectedly stepped away from center stage during her performance.
Later on in the show, Wilson explained to the crowd that her sudden exit was due to a wardrobe malfunction, revealing that her pants had ripped during the show.
“Y’all just about got a real show… a real show,” Wilson joked with a laugh to the crowd.
“There’s a first time for everything, and I’m glad it was y’all that I split my pants wide open in front of. You can’t make that up… I’d have never known had my people back here not seen it.
Fortunately, her team quickly spotted the issue, so she was able to swap into a replacement pair of pants. Even so, she joked that making a wardrobe change mid-show wasn’t exactly an easy thing to do quickly.
“I’ll tell you what, try and put on some jeans when you’re sweating—it ain’t fun,” the country sensation said. “You gotta jump in them things.”

The “Hang Tight Honey” singer clearly isn’t going to let a minor wardrobe malfunction get in her way.
Wilson has had a busy year, opening her own bar on Nashville’s Broadway, jetting off for her Country’s Cool Again world tour, and preparing to release her new album, Whirlwind, next month.
Most recently, it’s been hinted that Wilson will soon begin filming to reprise her role in the Paramount western drama ‘Yellowstone’, as the show wraps up its final season.
Needless to say, fans will be seeing Lainey Wilson in many appearances in the foreseeable future— but hopefully without any more wardrobe malfunctions.
