Luke Bryan’s Son, Bo, Dominates In High School Football
Country music star Luke Bryan is one proud dad!
Thomas “Bo” Boyer Bryan is one of Luke’s two sons with his wife, Caroline. For the most part, Luke has kept his family largely out of the limelight.
However, the 18-year-old is gaining his own national attention as he takes on a new challenge that has little to do with his father’s career in country music.
Bo Bryan Leads Battle Ground Academy To Victory
On Saturday (August 22), Bo took center stage on the football field as he dominated for Battle Ground Academy in Franklin, Tennessee. Bo led Battle Ground to a 41-18 victory over St. Michael Catholic of Alabama.
St. Michael Catholic fans were looking forward to seeing longtime starter Gunner Rivers take the field for the first time this season. Gunner is also the son of NFL legend and quarterback Phillip Rivers.
Bo delivered an impressive performance in Saturday’s game, completing 16 of 21 passes for 375 yards and three touchdowns, helping the Wildcats take home the victory.
One of the biggest highlights came on an 80-yard screen pass to four-star wide receiver Maximus Curry, who took the play all the way to the end zone. Curry is the son of 2019 Mr. Olympia Brandon Curry.
Luke could be seen from the sidelines cheering for Bo, explaining that watching him play was a “dream come true.”
“I done yelled a couple of times, so I might be a little scratchy up there tonight,” Luke Bryan told AL.com at halftime. “But this is a dream come true. Being in Tennessee we thought we would just be playing other teams from the state. But it’s great to be able to come to south Alabama. My roots are in south Georgia high school football, so I know what this is about, and it’s a treat.”

Several college programs, including Austin Peay, Eastern Kentucky, East Tennessee State, North Alabama and UT-Martin have already extended Bo scholarship offers. It will certainly be exciting to see what Bo does next as he continues his football career!
