Moose Walks Into Newlywed Photoshoot In Colorado

A newly married Colorado couple were getting their wedding photos taken by D20 Photography at Golden Gate Canyon State Park when a massive moose came from out of the wilderness and walked right into the photographer’s shot.

“I was so surprised. We’re always going to remember that,”  the bride Christina Salazar shared with Out The Colorado.

The bride and the groom, Christina and Luis Salazar explained that it was the first time they had ever seen a moose in real life.

As they watched the moose, they stayed still and avoided making any reactions to the curious moose who walked around them. The moose milled around for a bit but eventually wandered off back into the wilderness.

“Thankfully, no one was harmed. In the wild, you never really know how animals are going to react.” the bride said.

Christina and Luis were stunned at what just happened and stoked that they got some amazing photos out of the incident. The couple met in high school and have been sweethearts for 13 years now.

This is not the first time a moose has photobombed a wedding, party, or celebration. It happened at a wedding two years ago in Alaska. Check out the video below to hear more about when that happened!
