More Performers Join The Star-Studded Lineup For The 2024 CMA Awards

It’s Almost Time For “Country Music’s Biggest Night”

A new group of performers have been added to the already exciting lineup for the 2024 CMA Awards.

This year’s CMA Awards will be held on Wednesday, November 20, at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena. Luke Bryan, Peyton Manning, and Lainey Wilson will co-host the event.

Wilson, Jelly Roll, Chris Stapleton, Morgan Wallen, and Luke Combs are nominated for the night’s top prize, Entertainer of the Year. Wilson is the reigning winner in the category.

On November 7, the CMA announced the first round of artists who’ll be performing at the ceremony. They include:

  • Chris Stapleton and Post Malone (opening the show together)
  • Lainey Wilson
  • Chris Stapleton
  • Post Malone
  • Thomas Rhett & Teddy Swims
  • Luke Bryan
  • Shaboozey
  • Dierks Bentley, Molly Tuttle, Sierra Hull and Bronwyn Keith-Hynes
  • Ashley McBryde

Additional Performers Added To The Lineup For The 2024 CMA Awards

Then, on Thursday (November 14), the CMA added a bunch of new performers to its already star-studded lineup. Those artists include:

  • Kelsea Ballerini and Noah Kahan
  • Brooks & Dunn featuring Jelly Roll
  • Eric Church
  • Luke Combs
  • Ella Langley and Riley Green
  • Cody Johnson
  • Megan Moroney
  • Kacey Musgraves
  • Bailey Zimmerman

A press release from the CMA reveals the songs some of the artists will be performing at the ceremony. One of the highlights is sure to be Brooks & Dunn and Jelly Roll’s performance of “Believe,” for which Brooks & Dunn won a CMA Award in 2006.

Eric Church also seems poised to deliver an impactful performance. The CMA did not name the song he’ll be singing but did say it will be “a powerful and moving solo performance.

The press release also shares that a group of all-star artists will deliver a tribute honoring George Strait, this year’s recipient of the Willie Nelson Lifetime Achievement Award. Stay tuned to see if the names of the artists involved in that tribute are revealed.
