New Video Gives Fresh Perspective On Chris Young Incident

A video recently shared on Chris Young’s TikTok page offers a fresh perspective on last week’s incident, revealing that there was no physical contact made with the agent from Young’s side.

By now, you have probably read all about Chris Young’s unfortunate arrest last week at a Nashville bar.

To provide a brief recap…

On the evening of January 22, trouble found Chris Young when he and his friends began recording ABC officers conducting a compliance check at Tin Roof Bar. They continued their documentation as they followed the officers next door to Dawg House Saloon, leading to the alleged altercation.

Initial reports suggested Young stopped officers from leaving and ‘st[r]uck’ one on the shoulder, turning the bar atmosphere “hostile,” according to the affidavit.

Now, a recently surfaced video provides evidence that Young never even made physical contact with the ABC officer.

In the video, you can see Young reaching out to an officer to attract attention, making no physical contact. However, at that instant, the officer forcefully shoves the country singer to the ground, casting the officer as the one initiating the confrontation. Chris collided with a chair along the bar, experiencing a forceful impact on his back before ultimately hitting the ground.\

After the video surfaced, charges against Young were swiftly dismissed.

Breaking his silence on the incident, Young shared an Instagram post on Tuesday (Jan. 30), featuring an image that displayed the aftermath of the altercation and revealed injuries on his back and arm.

Clearly visible is a prominent bruise on his back, positioned near his spine. The situation could have escalated significantly for Young had the injury been situated on his spinal cord.
