Nicole Taylor, one-third of the country trio of identical triplets called Taylor Red, has died, her family announced Monday (Nov. 2).
In a heartbreaking video posted to social media, Nicole’s sisters, Natalie and Nika, shared the news, saying, “This isn’t a video we ever thought we’d be making. We thought she’d be here sharing her story of earthly healing. Instead, we’re sharing her story of heavenly healing.”

Nicole was the oldest of the triplets and someone her sisters called their “fearless leader” and “the rocker chicky edgy one.”
What caused Nicole Taylor’s death?
The sisters revealed that Nicole had been diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer in 2022. Natalie recalled hearing the news of Nicole’s diagnosis and “breaking down” from the shock, saying that they had always been blessed with good health, so the diagnosis was unexpected.
Nicole’s response to the news was, “God is going to use this for his glory.” Throughout her battle with cancer, Taylor leaned on her faith and used her time to encourage her family and to be an example of living a fearless, joy-filled life.
She faced recurrence of cancer twice, with each new diagnosis being worse than the one before. Her sisters say that she fought a valiant fight knowing that she was “ready to face judgement” and meet Christ.
In the video, Natalie and Nika included a clip of Nicole sharing her testimony of faith and encouraged others to seek their own relationship with Christ.

Nicole Helen Taylor passed away on September 28, 2026, at the age of 35. A private memorial service was attended by her family. Those wishing to honor her memory are encouraged to make a donation to Samaritan’s Purse in her name.
