Rosanne Cash Gives Health Update Two Weeks After Medical Emergency

Rosanne Cash has given fans an update on her health after taking time off to recover from a medical emergency.
The singer, who is also the daughter of country legend Johnny Cash, experienced unexpected health issues that forced her to postpone three shows earlier this month.
Her team shared a statement on social media, letting fans know that the 71-year-old had been advised not to travel or perform while she recovered.
They did not share any additional details about the specific illness she was dealing with.
“Rosanne Cash must postpone her performances due to an unexpected medical emergency,” the statement said. “She is recovering under her doctors’ supervision, who have recommended a temporary restriction on travel and performing.”

Two weeks after taking some time off to rest, Rosanne gave fans an update and let them know she’s on the mend.
In a post shared on Instagram, she reassured everyone that “all is well.”
“Hello everyone! I’m back. I had a health scare a few weeks ago but with some rest and serious downtime I’m happy to report that all is well,” she wrote. “I’m so sorry about the cancelled dates in Wyoming, Montana, and the Sunken Lands Songwriting Circle in Jonesboro, but I will do my very best to reschedule them all.”
The Grammy-winning artist also gave fans an update on her upcoming shows. Rosanne is set to head overseas for six shows in October, and she confirmed that the international tour is still happening.
She’ll be back onstage on October 15 when she performs at Music Hall Worpswede in Worpswede, Germany. She will then travel to the Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Norway, and Ireland before returning to the United States.
Her next U.S. show will be at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee, on November 9.
