Tim McGraw Is “So Proud” Watching Daughter Sing “Stand By Your Man”

In a heartwarming video, Tim McGraw recently took to social media to share a special moment featuring his talented daughter, Audrey.

The country music icon posted a video clip on his Instagram, capturing his reaction to Audrey’s impressive performance at the piano, where she flawlessly sang the timeless Tammy Wynette classic, “Stand By Your Man.” People in the comments of McGraw’s video couldn’t resist comparing Audrey’s powerful voice to her mother’s, Faith Hill.

McGraw’s Reaction To His Daughter Singing

After listening to the performance, Tim McGraw couldn’t contain his excitement, as he expressed his admiration for his daughter’s incredible talent.

“Whew, our baby girl Audrey, she’s so talented. Man, I’ve said it a hundred times… all my girls are so talented. They all sing great.”

In true “proud dad” fashion, McGraw continues to gush about Audrey’s incredible talents— not just as a fantastic singer, but also her skills as a writer.

“Audrey, she’s so special. She’s such an incredible writer, as well. I mean, we get to hear this whenever she’s home, she’ll sit at the piano. We can hear this all through the house, and we can hear the stuff that she’s writing. And I’m telling you, her voice and the things that she writes are just so mind-blowing, and so deep, and so special.”

He continues by saying how lucky him and his wife are to be able to sit around the house and listen to their daughter perform.

“She’s just…she’s a true artist. She’s got a true artist soul. And we’re lucky enough we get to hear this when she’s at home and she sits around to play the piano and Faith and I will just sit there and just listen. And she doesn’t know we’re listening half the time. Sometimes we have to sneak around so she can watch her so she doesn’t see us because she’ll stop sometimes. But my goodness, I am proud…I mean, gosh, these girls.”

Tim McGraw and Faith Hill are not only the parents of 22-year-old Audrey, but also have two other daughters— Maggie, 25, and Gracie, 26.
