Zach Bryan And Girlfriend Brianna Chickenfry Split

Singer-songwriter Zach Bryan began dating Barstool Sports podcaster Brianna Chickenfry (real name Brianna LaPaglia) in July 2023.
Zach brought a few Barstool Sports employees on stage with him in June of 2023, one being Brianna. They later began to message on Instagram and eventually began texting before going on their first date, an 18-hour drive from Philadelphia to Oklahoma.
Over the next 16 months, they rarely spent time apart, with Brianna even joining him on tour a lot and making multiple public appearances together.
Though some may consider their relationship on-and-off, it is now officially off, for good.
Zach Bryan took to Instagram to announce the split around 12 PM EST
He wrote:
“Addressing something: Brianna and me have broken up with eachother [sic] and I respect and love her with every ounce of my heart. She has loved me unconditionally for a very long time and for that I’ll always thank her.”
The “Something In The Orange” singer continued, “I have had an incredibly hard year personally and struggled through some pretty severe things. I thought it would be beneficial for both of us to go our separate ways. I am not perfect and never will be.”
The singer asked his fans to respect his ex-girlfriend’s “privacy and space” and his as well.
“With everything I am and to anyone I let down, I am sorry. I try my best in everything. I failed people that love me and mostly myself.”
Shortly after posting this to his Instagram Story, Bryan deleted his account.
Brianna released her own statement following the breakup just before 1 PM EST.
About an hour after Bryan posted this on his Instagram story, Brianna also posted on hers, seemingly addressing the split.
“Hey guys,” she wrote. “I’m feeling really blindsided right now. Gonna hop off social media for a while and attempt to heal privately, when I’m ready I’ll be back and ready to talk. I love you guys so much thank you for all of your kind words. Remember you are so loved and everything’s always gonna be okay.”
Brianna last posted a photo with Zach on October 11.
The split had been rumored for several days, but now there is no need to speculate. We wish them both the very best.
