Patsy Cline’s Daughter Opens Up About Her Mom In Rare Interview (VIDEO)

In an interview with Crooks and Chase in 1990, Patsy Cline’s daughter, Julie Fudge, sits beside her father, Charlie, and opens up about her mother.

Julie, who looks remarkably like her mother, talks about how Patsy died when she was only four, so the most of the memories she has about her are from stories that other people have told her. When asked if she has a solid idea of who her mom was, Julie said, “I think I do in the sense of family – the family side – because I’ve still been around her family a lot and I see a lot of her in her family and every member of them.”

Julie was actually raised by her grandma, who is very reclusive and doesn’t talk to the press. Charlie was asked who portrayed Patsy better in the movies: Jessica Lange or Beverly D’angelo from Coal Miner’s Daughter. Y’all have to check out this interview to find out which actress her picked!

Ever wonder why Julie never followed in her mother’s footprints when it comes to singing? This is a great, in depth interview.
