Garth Brooks has already announced seven stops on his Blame It All On My Roots Arena Tour. He’s performed in five of those cities as of this writing, with dates still to come in Salt Lake City and his hometown of Tulsa.

Brooks has taken a somewhat unconventional route, opting to reveal each tour stop one at a time rather than unveiling the entire lineup at once. This keeps fans guessing about where he may be going next.

After weeks of waiting, Brooks finally shared the 8th stop on his arena tour. The big announcement was made on October 7…he’s coming to Kansas City!

Brooks has two shows on the books at Kansas City’s T-Mobile Center so far. Those shows will take place on November 6 and November 7.

“The next stop on the Garth Brooks Blame It All On My Roots Tour is KANSAS CITY!!!!!” Brooks shared when announcing the stop. “We can’t wait to write another KC chapter Nov. 6 & 7 at T-Mobile Center.”

Brooks is quite fond of Kansas City, and he’s looking forward to playing there the same week as a Chiefs home game. In a statement shared on his website, he said:

“To get to play K.C. on any day is an event, but to get to play K.C. on a Chiefs’ home game weekend makes this a PARTY!”

He continued to say, “The second I get here, I feel comfortable.”

There’s always a chance Brooks could extend his stay in Kansas City. When demand for tickets has been high in other locations, Brooks has added an extra show or two to his schedule to give more fans the chance to see him.

But because of the Chiefs’ game on Sunday, Brooks announced up front that he would not be scheduling a Sunday show.

When Do Tickets Go On Sale For The 8th Stop On Garth Brooks’ Blame It All On My Roots Arena Tour?

Because some of the shows on Garth Brooks’ Blame It All On My Roots arena tour have sold out, you’ll want to make sure you’re fully prepared when the tickets for Kansas City go on sale. You can purchase your tickets through axs.com/GarthBrooks on Friday, October 16. The sale will start at 12 PM CT.

Every ticket will cost the same price, whether it’s right next to the stage or in the back row. That price is $155, and it includes the service charge and facility fee.

Understandably, Brooks is not a fan of ticket scalpers or resellers. After tickets for his first tour stop (Indianapolis) went on sale, Brooks was discouraged to see some listed on the secondary market for as much as $11,000 each.

“I need to find those people and tell them I’ve seen the show, and it’s not worth that!” he joked in a statement on his website.

Brooks has also taken steps to combat bots. He even added a fourth show to Salt Lake City when one of its sale dates “was disrupted by bot activity.”

We hope things go more smoothly when tickets go on sale for Kansas City!
