Garth Brooks has been on the road this year (2026) on his Blame It All On My Roots arena tour. That tour has included nine stops in the U.S. and one in Canada.

Ever since he announced the arena tour in July, Brooks has unveiled each tour stop one at a time. So it came as a huge surprise to his fans on Thursday (November 5), when he announced 10 new tour dates all at once!

However, these shows don’t appear to be included in the Blame It All On My Roots arena tour. Rather, they seem to be part of an entirely new adventure…in Ireland.

A post shared by Aiken Promotions lists all of Brooks’ upcoming concerts in Ireland. He’ll sing in five cities and deliver two performances in each location.

See the complete list of Irish tour dates and stops below:

  • Belfast – Boucher Road – Friday, May 21 & Saturday, May 22
  • Galway – Pearse Stadium – Saturday, May 29 & Sunday, May 30
  • Kilkenny – UPMC Nowlan Park – Friday, June 4 & Saturday, June 5
  • Limerick – TUS Gaelic Grounds – Friday, June 11 & Saturday, June 12
  • Cork – Pairc Ui Chaoimh – Friday, June 18 & Saturday, June 19

Tickets for all 10 shows will go on sale at 8 AM on Thursday, November 12. Make sure to mark your calendar if you want to snag a seat!

Brooks also shared a video to announce the new tour dates. The clip shows him walking toward a trunk and opening the lid. When he does, he notices a piece of paper listing the five tour stops.

“IRELAND …The secret’s out 📦 🏟️🔥 And I could NOT be happier! 5 Cities. 2027 I can’t wait!” Brooks wrote in the caption.

Garth Brooks Has An Exciting History With Ireland

Garth Brooks has always thought fondly of Ireland. Their connection started in the 1990s and has been strong ever since.

As an article on Brooks’ website details, his popularity in Ireland reached a historic high in 2014. He sold over 400,000 tickets for a five-night stint at Croke Park in Dublin. However, the Dublin City Council only granted permits for three of the five concerts.

All five shows were eventually canceled. But Brooks made it up to his Irish fans in 2022, when he sold 400,000 tickets in Dublin once more, and all of the concerts went ahead as planned.

Ireland also inspired Brooks to get a tattoo in 2022. As he told Country Countdown USA’s Lon Helton that year:

“My daughter Allie is pretty inked up,” Brooks said. “She turned 18 in 2014, and I promised to get a tattoo with her in Ireland. When the show in 2014 was canceled I thought I was off the hook. When we announced Ireland this year, she reminded me of my promise. So with me forever, I’ll take the five women in my life, my mother, my three daughters, and Miss [Trisha] Yearwood, all in places on my body.”

Maybe Garth Brooks will get another tattoo to celebrate his Irish shows in 2027?
