91-Year-Old Lady Ditches Walker & Dances To “Jailhouse Rock”
on Feb 03, 2020
Ever feel like you’re too old to break it down on the dance floor? No? Well, neither has Julia, a 91-year-old resident at Golden Age Home Health Care. When she heard “Jailhouse Rock” by Elvis Presley, she was reminded of years past, and couldn’t help but bust a move.
As the music rocked on, Julia pushed her walker to the side and said, “You’ve got me feeling so good, I want to dance! Do you mind if I do the jitterbug to celebrate? I’m loving life!” Staff members marveled as Julia danced the jitterbug as light on her feet as someone a quarter of her age.
