All 4 Battle Advisors Revealed For Season 30 Of “The Voice” – Who’s Helping Each Team?

The Voice aired its final blind auditions for Season 30 on Tuesday, October 6. That episode also featured the season’s first battle performance.
The battles will fully kick off on Monday, October 12. Coaches Riley Green, Queen Latifah, Adam Levine, and Kelly Clarkson will be forced to make some tough choices as they trim down their teams.
In addition to their coach’s support, contestants will receive guidance from celebrity advisors during rehearsals for the battles. Each of the four teams has a battle advisor, and the names of those advisors have finally been revealed…
Who Are The Battle Advisors On Season 30 Of The Voice?
Team Kelly – Ariana DeBose
Contestants on Team Kelly will get the chance to learn from actress and singer Ariana DeBose.
Ariana has experience performing on stage and on screen, with one of her most notable roles being her portrayal of Anita in the 2021 film adaptation of West Side Story. She won an Academy Award and a Golden Globe Award for that performance.
Additionally, Ariana was nominated for a Tony Award for her performance in the Broadway production of Summer: The Donna Summer Musical. She also performed in the original ensemble for the hit musical Hamilton, appearing in the Broadway production from 2015 to 2016.
Even if you don’t recognize Ariana, you may know her voice. She provided the voice for Asha, the main character in the 2023 animated Disney film Wish.
Team Adam – Alex Warren
The performers on Team Adam will receive support from singer Alex Warren as they prepare for the battles.
Alex is one of modern music’s most popular stars. He’s most well-known for his viral hit “Ordinary,” which was released as a single in 2025.
“Ordinary” topped the charts in countries across the globe, including South Africa, Portugal, Denmark, Ireland, Colombia, Canada, and the United States.
The song gained a country music connection when Luke Combs sang it with Alex at Lollapalooza in 2025. They ended up releasing an official recording of their collaboration.
Alex was nominated for the Grammy Award for Best New Artist in 2026. The award ultimately went to Olivia Dean.
Team Queen – Patti LaBelle
The members of Team Queen will have the opportunity to learn some valuable lessons from iconic singer and actress Patti LaBelle.
Known as “The Godmother of Soul,” Patti has been performing since the 1960s. Some of her most notable songs include “Lady Marmalade,” “On My Own,” “If You Only Knew,” and “Stir It Up.”
As an actress, Patti has appeared in projects such as A Soldier’s Story and A Different World. She also competed on Season 20 of Dancing with the Stars and was paired with pro dancer Artem Chigvintsev.
Longtime fans of The Voice will remember watching Patti on a past season. It turns out this isn’t her first time as a battle advisor, because she previously filled that role for Christina Aguilera during Season 10!
Team Riley – Carly Pearce
After building a pure country team, it only made sense that Riley Green chose a fellow country artist, Carly Pearce, to help his contestants rehearse for the battles.
Carly is a CMA, ACM, and Grammy Award-winning country artist who’s been a member of the Grand Ole Opry since 2021. She’s known for her hit songs “Every Little Thing,” “What He Didn’t Do,” “I Hope You’re Happy Now,” “We Don’t Fight Anymore,” and “Never Wanted to Be That Girl.”
One of Carly’s newest songs is actually a duet with Riley, called “If You Don’t Leave I’m Gonna Stay.” So the timing worked out perfectly for them to join forces on The Voice!
Carly is no stranger to the show, either. She has appeared twice as a guest performer and once as a playoff advisor, supporting Michael Bublé’s team during Season 26.
Viewers who tuned in to watch The Voice on October 6 already got the chance to see Carly in action as an advisor to Team Riley. The first battle performance of the season aired that night, and Carly worked with the featured contestants, Brandy Neelly and Ferryn & Brinkley.
