Blake Shelton Crashes Luke Bryan’s Opening ACM Awards Number

CBS

Blake Shelton may have been overlooked for any awards at this year’s ACM Awards show and lost his co-hosting gig to Dierks Bentley, but he seemed to take it all in stride.

The “Sangria” singer surprised former co-hosting buddy Luke Bryan by crashing his opening number of “Huntin’, Fishin’ and Lovin’ Every Day” during Sunday night’s live broadcast at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Sunday in Las Vegas.

Behind-the-scenes cameras showed Dierks Bentley waiting backstage to join Bryan before Shelton grabbed his microphone and headed to the stage. “The Voice” coach followed up Luke Bryan with his own performance of his latest single “Came Here To Forget.”
