Pentatonix Joins ‘Voice’ Coach For Glorious New Rendition Of ‘How Great Thou Art’

One of the most cherished hymns in the history of music goes a cappella with this beautiful new rendition featuring a coach from this season of The Voice and America’s beloved vocal group, Pentatonix. 

As part of Pentatonix’s new holiday album, A Pentatonix Christmas, the five-member squad recruited powerhouse vocalist and new Voice coach, Jennifer Hudson, for a rendition of “How Great Thou Art” that will bring you to your knees. 

This traditional Christian hymn has been around for more than a century and has been covered by a seemingly endless number of musicians, and performed even more times. 

With heavenly harmonies that soar as high as a cathedral’s ceiling, this pairing of Pentatonix’s five-part sound and Hudson’s unrivaled vocal mastery was clearly a great choice for this track. 

This beautiful and glorious new rendition of “How Great Thou Art” debuted at the number two spot on Billboard’s Holiday Songs chart and clearly looks like it will be a hit among all their fans!
