Taylor Swift & Travis Kelce Tie The Knot At Madison Square Garden

Pop singer Taylor Swift and NFL player Travis Kelce officially tied the knot in a star-studded ceremony at Madison Square Garden on July 3.

The couple’s romance first sparked speculation in July 2023, when fans noticed Kelce attending one of Taylor’s Eras Tour concerts. After the show, Travis revealed on his New Heights podcast that he had hoped to give the singer a friendship bracelet with his phone number on it, though he never got the chance. The story quickly gained attention, with Taylor later acknowledging it herself.

In the months that followed, the pair made their relationship public. She famously attended her first Kansas City Chiefs game in September 2023 to cheer on Travis, and by October, the two were seen leaving an Saturday Night Live after-party hand-in-hand, confirming what fans had long suspected.

Since then, the couple’s romance has captivated fans, culminating in Travis’ proposal in August 2025.

The couple reportedly opted to forgo traditional bridesmaids and groomsmen. Instead, Taylor’s brother, Austin Swift, served as her “Man of Honor,” while Jason’s brother, Jason Kelce, stood by his side as Best Man. Actor and comedian Adam Sandler reportedly officiated the ceremony.

Following the ceremony, the jumbotrons outside Madison Square Garden announced the newlyweds with a celebratory message reading, “JUST&T MARRIED!”

Among the massive guest list were several country music stars, including Brad Paisley and his wife, Kimberly Williams-Paisley.

The couple thanked Taylor and Travis for their massive donation to their Nashville grocery nonprofit organization, The Store, ahead of the event.

Brad and Taylor have shared a friendship that dates back to the earliest days of her career. Long before Taylor became a worldwide sensation, Brad invited her to open select dates on his 2007 Bonfires & Amplifiers Tour.

The tour marked one of Taylor’s first opportunities to perform in front of large crowds. The pair also performed together on several occasions throughout the late 2000s, appearing at concerts, television specials and country music award shows.

In a recent interview with the Associated Press, Brad opened up about some personal details surrounding the wedding. The country singer shared that while the location of the venue remained a secret, the invitation explained to guests that once they RSVP’d they would receive more details.

He also said that guests who were invited were told they “mean a lot” to the couple. Brad said Kimberly was immediately on board with attending.

Brad also revealed that the wedding was surprisingly down-to-earth, despite Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce being two of the world’s biggest stars.
