Bunnie Xo Gives Tour Of Massive Home She Received In Divorce Settlement
on Jul 20, 2026

Bunnie Xo is giving fans a look inside the new mansion she’s moving into after her recent divorce from Jelly Roll.
Over the weekend, Bunnie shared a video on TikTok where she gave her friend, comedian Matt Mathews, a tour of the place she now calls home.
The house is located on the Tennessee property she and her ex-husband once owned together.
Although the couple has separated and their divorce was finalized earlier this month, Bunnie (birth name Alisa DeFord) and Jelly Roll (real name Jason DeFord) have remained on good terms. That’s one reason Bunnie received the newly built house as part of their agreement.

Fans already knew she would be moving into the home after she revealed it in her podcast episode about the divorce. In the now-deleted video, Bunnie shared:
“J and I have been building our dreamhouse. We bought a compound, and we’ve been building our dream house for the past year… J is so sweet that he’s giving me the compound in the divorce because he knows how special it is to me.”
This will also be the home where Bunnie raises her future child. In the same podcast, the content creator surprised many fans when she confirmed that she and Jelly Roll are still planning to have a baby together through surrogacy, even though they’re no longer in a relationship.

Bunnie didn’t share every part of the house, but she gave fans enough of a peek to show that her new home is absolutely stunning.
The video starts with Bunnie taking Matt in her massive closet and makeup room. It’s so big that he can’t help but look over at her in complete disbelief.
As they made their way into the bedroom, Matt was greeted by Bunnie’s anything-but-average bed.
“Girl! This is nice!” he screams as he rolls around the large mattress. He later joked, “I am so poor.”
Other luxury details in Bunnie’s new house include an outdoor shower, a massive closet dedicated entirely to her shoe collection, a room with floor-to-ceiling black-and-white marble, and an outdoor wellness center overlooking the Tennessee hills.

Bunnie’s new house is actually one of three homes she and the country star built on their land. She’s mentioned before that two of her friends plan to move into the other homes.
According to TMZ, the huge mansion isn’t the only thing Bunnie will receive as part of the divorce agreement. The outlet reported that the 46-year-old will also be given a one-time lump sum payment from Jelly Roll. However, the exact amount has been kept private.
Other assets that they will be splitting include cars, aircrafts, and their intellectual property.
