Carrie’s Rock History

Fans of Carrie Underwood (and even Guns N’ Roses) were not shocked by this announcement. She has shared the stage with the band’s lead singer Axl Rose many times, most recently during her Los Angeles tour stop on her Denim & Rhinestones Tour.

Carrie even brought Axl out during her stagecoach set in 2022, where they performed “Sweet Child O’ Mine.”

Carrie Loves Rock And Roll

During her 18-song opening set, Underwood sang a mix of her hits and a bunch of rock hits including Joan Jett’s “Bad Reputation,” Pat Benatar’s “Hit Me With Your Best Shot,” “Alone,” which she previously famously covered on American Idol.

As one of the cover songs, she performed Led Zeppelin’s 1971 song “Rock And Roll” and luckily for us, fans in the audience filmed it! Even though the audience was there for a rock and roll show, and she is a country singer, a rock show was what they got!
