Neo-country traditionalist Donice Morace concludes his trilogy of singles and music videos with the release of “Wait Til I’m Gone.” The song represents the final installment in a string of successful releases that started with “One Drink In.”
“One Drink In” started the trilogy by showcasing the red-hot passion between a couple in their early days together.
Morace released ‘Goin’ Goin’ as a follow-up to ‘One Drink In’.” The song’s music video portrays the couple from before, but things aren’t the same. They start to feel distant, and the woman ultimately chooses to leave.
The man drowns in the memories of the life they had together. He finds it increasingly more challenging to cope with his lover’s absence.
The heartbreak intensifies in Morace’s latest song, “Wait Til I’m Gone.'” Morace sings about the pain of witnessing his former flame find happiness with someone new.
The song’s music video highlights these feelings. The woman starts to date again and appears to be falling for the new man in her life. Meanwhile, the man wishes she had waited a little longer before moving on.
“‘Wait Til I’m Gone’ is the perfect ending to our 3 song trilogy, which included “One Drink In” and “Goin’, Goin'”. It deals with real stuff like heartbreak…when you know things have ended, and you’re not sure how to deal with it. It was an amazing adventure shooting the video for this and was a lot of fun using the same cast of characters from the previous videos.”
