Kacey Musgraves Cancels Three Stops On Her Upcoming 2026 Tour
Country star Kacey Musgraves has canceled three stops on her upcoming Middle of Nowhere Tour, including what was supposed to be the opening night.
Musgraves first announced her 2026 plans back in April. The tour was originally scheduled to include 34 shows across 25 North American cities before the recent cancellations.
Which Dates Are Impacted?
The impacted dates are August 20 at Chicago’s United Center, August 29 at Boston’s TD Garden, and September 2 at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center. Fans were reportedly informed of the cancellations through emails from Ticketmaster.
Notices stated that refunds would be issued automatically to the original form of payment. Some fans shared screenshots from the email they received:
“Please be advised that the Kacey Musgraves concert scheduled for Saturday, August 29, 2026 at TD Garden has been canceled,” one fan’s notice read, according to a screenshot shared on Reddit. “All tickets will be automatically refunded to fans at their original point of purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to process.”
The tour is expected to support her latest album, Middle of Nowhere, featuring tracks such as “Dry Spell,” “Mexico Honey,” and “Horses and Divorces,” her collaboration with Miranda Lambert.
As of Sunday (July 26), Musgraves and her team have not publicly commented on the cancellations or provided an explanation.
