Kane Brown Says That He and Wife Katelyn Have Recorded 3 New Duets

Kane and Katelyn Brown left fans eager for more after their hit track “Thank God” dominated the country scene in 2022, even winning the Video of the Year at the CMT Awards for its music video. Now, it appears that we won’t have to wait much longer to hear more from the talented duo.

Kane Brown and Katelyn Brown Have Recorded 3 New Duets Together

In a recent interview with Audacy, Kane dropped a surprise for his fans, revealing that there’s more music in store from the dynamic duo.

“If you count ‘Thank God,’ we have four songs together now,” he disclosed. “We don’t know exactly what we’re going to do with them, but every one that I listen to— it’s a smash.”

Kane didn’t shy away from teasing the potential next move, contemplating, “We could work on an album, we could put the songs on this album. If we put all the songs on this album though, it’s going to be a big album.”

Kane Brown Talks About His Upcoming Album

In the same interview, Kane offered a glimpse into his upcoming album, although keeping most details under wraps. Fans got a preview of the album’s direction when he dropped his latest single “I Can Feel It” in September last year— and it’s evident that Kane is venturing into new territory this time.

“This album is going to be way different, that’s what I like about it,” he says. “Any song that I have on the album is going to sound completely different than anything on the radio right now. I’m really pumped for it.”

Kane is exploring a different sound this time around, knowing it might not fit the traditional Country radio mold, but he’s enthusiastic about the new direction.

“Hopefully, my next single — I don’t now if they’re going to allow me to bring this next single or not, but they should — it’s called ‘Fiddle in the Band,’” Kane shared, recognizing its connection to Alabama’s “If You Want to Play in Texas.”

“It’s almost like, ‘If You want to play in Texas, you gotta have a fiddle in the band,’ but it sounds nothing like that, sings nothing like that, lyrics nothing like that, but it’s my version.”
