Kane Brown’s Daughter Joins Him & Lauren Alaina For Adorable Sing-Along Of Latest Hit

Kane Brown‘s daughter, Kingsley Rose, steals the show in a sweet video singing along to his latest duet with Lauren Alaina.
Ten years after their smash hit, “What Ifs,” Kane Brown and Lauren Alaina have teamed up for another collaboration. Released in 2017, “What Ifs” topped Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart, Country Airplay chart, and Country Streaming Songs chart, giving Brown his first No. 1 hit.
It later earned a Diamond certification from the RIAA, a feat achieved by only 13 country songs.
“Never Been In Love,” the pair’s follow-up collaboration, was released on July 17th. It will be included on Alaina’s fourth studio album, Stages, which drops later this month. Listen to “Never Been In Love” below!
Kane Brown and Lauren Alaina’s Backstory
Before they became country music stars, Kane Brown and Lauren Alaina were classmates at Lakeview Fort Oglethorpe High School in northwest Georgia, where they sang together in choir.
Brown has frequently said that Alaina played an important role in boosting his confidence, encouraging him to sing during class. Her influence proved to be a turning point, inspiring Brown to believe in his abilities and ultimately pursue a career in music.
Although their paths to stardom were different—Alaina gained national attention as the runner-up on American Idol in 2011, while Brown broke through several years later after building a huge audience on social media—the longtime friends have remained close over the years.
Kane’s Daughter Kingsley Joins In
Both Lauren Alaina and Kane Brown are now parents. Recently, they took a family vacation with their spouses and kids in tow. While enjoying some much-needed time off, Alaina shared an adorable video with her duet partner and his oldest daughter, Kingsley Rose (6).
The three drove around in a golf cart and sang their hearts out to “Never Been In Love.” Along with the video, Alaina wrote:
“Been friends since middle school and now we’re on vacation with our families jamming to our new song.”
