Located just 10 minutes from Aspen, the “Yellowstone” star’s sprawling ranch is ready and waiting for you and up to 34 guests. With three separate properties making up the ranch — a main house, a lake house and a river house — Costner’s spread has more than enough room for you and your crew to relax and take in the Rocky Mountain views.
In case you’re concerned that you’ll get bored, there are plenty of activities on site to keep you busy, including a private ice rink, dog sledding, a private baseball field (Hello, “Field of Dreams”), horseback riding, fishing, kayaking, and paddleboarding. And according to court documents from Costner’s divorce, “the ranch also features illuminated sledding trails with speakers in the trees, fishing lakes and canoes.”
Each of the property’s three homes offer a cozy, relaxed atmosphere with all sorts of unique features to keep you intrigued throughout your stay.
The six-bedroom, six-bath main house features a hidden trapdoor in the master bedroom that leads down a path of stone steps, ending at a jacuzzi straddling the Continental Divide. The main house also offers incomparable views of Independence Pass and Aspen Mountain. The other homes, the Lake House and the River House, have three bedrooms each.
According to the ranch website, all three residence are available to rent together or they can be rented separately. Renters have add-on service options that include babysitting, catering, a personal shopper, a chef, a ski instructor, butler, masseuse, yoga instructor, housekeepers and more.
What will a day a the Dunbar Ranch cost you? A whopping $50,000, according to UsWeekly.
The actor reportedly still stay at the ranch often, but most of his time is being spent in Utah where he is filming his passion project — a four-film series called “Horizon.”
