The Yellowstone spin-off Marshals premiered its second season on October 4th and has been knocking out new episodes every Sunday since.

The show follows Kayce Dutton as he leaves behind his life at the Yellowstone Ranch and begins a new chapter in Montana with son Tate following the death of his wife, Monica.

He ends up joining an elite team of U.S. Marshals, led by his former Navy SEAL buddy, Pete “Cal” Calvin (Logan Marshall-Green). Using his military training, cowboy instincts, and deep understanding of the land, Kayce and the team takes on dangerous assignments while working to protect the people and communities of the state he calls home.

As a member of the specialized unit, Kayce works alongside a team of experienced law enforcement officers, including Belle Skinner (Arielle Kebbel), Andrea Cruz (Ash Santos), and Miles Kittle (Tatanka Means).

Together, they investigate violent crimes, track down dangerous fugitives, and confront threats ranging from organized crime to extremist groups. Their work often takes them into some of Montana’s most dangerous situations, where they must rely on one another to bring justice to the communities they serve

Five episodes have been released so far in a season that has a 20-episode order.

Marshals Is Faced With A Schedule Change

The first few episodes of the show have switched between airing at 8pm and 8:30 on Sundays, already making it confusing for fans on when to tune in.

But now, Marshals is skipping a week altogether. There will be no new episode on Sunday, November 8th!

Episode 6, titled “Roughstock,” will instead air on Sunday, November 15th.

The question on all of our minds is…why?

Instead of its usual Sunday lineup of Marshals at 8 pm and Tracker at 9 pm, CBS is airing a special promotion block of Cupertino, which usually airs on Thursdays. According to Parade, Cupertino has a 100% score on Rotten Tomatoes, so it makes sense that the CBS executives want to get more eyes on the show!

A new episode of Cupertino will air at 8 pm, Marshals‘ original time slot, and will air two repeat episodes at 9 and 10pm.

Check out the promo for the next new episode of Marshals, which will air on November 15, below.
