Marshals is one of Taylor Sheridan’s newest shows, and it didn’t take long for fans to get hooked on the story. Over 9.5 million viewers tuned into the premiere, and the momentum for the series hasn’t slowed down.
Perhaps one of the main reasons Marshals has been so successful is because it brought back Yellowstone favorite Kayce Dutton (Luke Grimes). The spinoff picks up his story, showing him starting a completely different chapter in his life.
After losing his wife, Monica, Kayce joins a team of U.S. Marshals and faces an entirely new set of challenges.
He doesn’t have to do it alone, though. Along with returning characters, Marshals has introduced several new faces, including Kayce’s task force.
His team members are Pete Calvin (Logan Marshall-Green), Andrea Cruz (Ash Santos), Belle Skinner (Arielle Kebbel), and Miles Kittle (Tatanka Means).
These actors may be new to the Yellowstone universe, but they’re definitely not new to acting. Many of them have already appeared in major TV shows and movies you’ve probably seen before.

Before landing a recurring role in Marshals, Santos had already worked on another Taylor Sheridan project.
She appeared in five episodes of Mayor of Kingstown, where she played the character Coco.
Before that, she played Emily in the eighth season of American Horror Story, titled Apocalypse. Other shows you may have seen her in are True Story (2021) and Pulse (2025).
It may surprise some fans, but Santos has actually built a big part of her career around Christmas movies. She’s been in five holiday films, including Our Little Christmas (2024), starring Lindsay Lohan.
The others you’ll see her in are I’m Not Ready for Christmas (2015), Broadcasting Christmas (2016), Wrapped Up in Christmas (2017), and Sharing Christmas (2017).
CBS Confirms Marshals Season 2 Premiere Date
After a dramatic cliffhanger closed out Season 1, fans have been on the edge of their seats wondering when the show will come back.
And now, we finally have that answer. CBS announced that Marshals Season 2 will premiere on Sunday, October 4th.
