Season 2 of Marshals is coming soon, which means it won’t be long until fans are reunited with their favorite characters.

Back in June, the show confirmed it’s officially in production again following the massive success of its first season.

More than 9.5 million people tuned in to watch Kayce Dutton’s story continue in the Yellowstone spinoff’s premiere. This time around, Kayce joined an elite team of U.S. Marshals after his wife’s death.

Kayce’s team is made up of members: Pete Calvin (Logan Marshall-Green), Andrea Cruz (Ash Santos), Belle Skinner (Arielle Kebbel), and Miles Kittle (Tatanka Means)

Without giving away any spoilers, the first season had plenty of ups, downs, and some major twists. Even the season finale ended on a huge cliffhanger.

Fans were left with lots of questions after that, and they’re ready to see what happens next. The good news is they won’t have to wait much longer.

CBS announced that Season 2 of Marshals will arrive this fall. The first episode will drop on October 4.

Fans also got their first look at what’s coming with the release of the Season 2 trailer.

Who Is Logan Marshall-Green?

One question fans have had throughout the first season of Marshals was “Where have I seen this person before?”

While many of the actors are new to the Yellowstone universe, they’re definitely not new to acting.

That includes Logan Marshall-Green, who plays Pete “Cal” Calvin in the series. Cal serves as the supervisor of the U.S. Marshals team and is a former Navy SEAL.

Additionally, Marshall-Green has built an impressive movie career. Some of his best-known films are Prometheus (2012), where he played archeologist Charlie Holloway, The Invitation (2015), and Snowden (2016).

In 2017, he joined the Marvel universe as Jackson Brice in Spider-Man: Homecoming. Most recently, Marshall-Green plays Melanthius in Christopher Nolan’s film The Odyssey, now in theaters.

He also has some experience working behind the camera. Marshall-Green wrote and directed the drama Adopt a Highway. The film starred Ethan Hawke, Elaine Hendrix, Diane Gaeta, and Betty Gabriel.
