Lawsuit Alleges Riley Keough Is The Mother Of John Travolta’s Son – Priscilla Presley’s Lawyers Call The Claim “Outrageous”

New Court Documents Claim That Riley Keough, The Granddaughter Of Elvis And Priscilla Presley, Is The Mother Of John Travolta’s Son Benjamin
A lawsuit filed by Priscilla Presley‘s former business associates claims that her granddaughter, Riley Keough, is the mother of John Travolta’s youngest child.
Those associates, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, recently filed an amended complaint against Presley’s son, Navarone Garcia (whose father is computer programmer Marco Garibaldi Garcia). PEOPLE obtained court documents from the new complaint, which contains the allegations about Keough.

The complaint alleges that Michael Lockwood, the ex-husband of Keough’s mother, Lisa Marie Presley, told Brigitte Kruse that John Travolta and his wife, Kelly Preston (who died in 2020), once used Lisa’s eggs to get pregnant. The complaint doesn’t mention any pregnancy that resulted from Lisa’s alleged donation.
Then, as the filing claims, Travolta approached their family again in 2010. He no longer wanted to use Lisa’s eggs, saying he didn’t want “eggs with heroin” on them.
As the complaint claims, that’s when Travolta and Preston made a deal with Keough (who would have been 20 at the time). She allegedly donated her eggs in exchange for an “old Jaguar” and “$10,000 – $20,000.”
The lawsuit claims that Keough’s donation resulted in the birth of Travolta and Preston’s son, Benjamin, now age 15. He was born on November 23, 2010.
Priscilla Presley And Her Former Associates Have Been Involved In An Extended Legal Batle
The claims that Riley Keough is the mother of John Travolta’s son are the latest to emerge in a lengthy legal battle between Priscilla Presley and her former associates.
It started when Presley’s former company, Priscilla Presley Partners, filed a lawsuit against her for “breach of contract.” Priscilla established the company alongside Brigitte Kruse.
Presley responded by filing her own lawsuit against Kruse, Kevin Fialko, Vahe Sislyan, Lynn Walker Wright, and Priscilla Presley Partners.
Then, in August 2025, Presley was hit with a $50 million lawsuit from Kruse and Fialko. The lawsuit claimed that Presley exploited Lisa Marie’s death in 2023 to “regain control over Elvis Presley’s legacy and assets.”
Presley’s lawyer, Marty Singer, called it “one of the most shameful, ridiculous, salacious, and meritless lawsuits I have ever seen.”

In later court documents, Kruse and Fialko alleged that Presley hid a multi-million dollar jewelry collection from the IRS. Presley’s lawyer denied these claims, calling them “absurd and completely without merit.”
Priscilla Presley’s Lawyers Respond To The Allegations About Riley
Priscilla Presley’s lawyers, Marty Singer and Wayne Harman, quickly responded to the new claims that Riley Keough is the mother of John Travolta’s son.
Singer and Harman released a statement to TMZ.
“After losing motion after motion in this case, and unsuccessfully seeking to have Presley’s counsel of record, Marty Singer, disqualified from representing her in this matter, Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, and their co-conspirators have demonstrated that there is no bar too low, no ethical line that they are unwilling to cross in an effort to cause further pain to Priscilla Presley and her family.”
Singer and Harman continued:
“In a completely improper effort to exert undue pressure on Presley to retract her legitimate, truthful claims, Kruse and her co-conspirators have also sued Presley’s son [Navarone Garcia], cousin, and assistant. These recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case. The conduct of Kruse, Fialko, and their new lawyers (they are on their fourth set of attorneys) is shameful, and it absolutely will be addressed in court.”
Keough and Presley previously presented a united front amid the legal battle.
