Luke Bryan’s Son Bo Injured During High School Football Game

On Friday (October 16), Luke Bryan’s 18-year-old son, Bo, was injured during a high school football game.

Bo is the oldest of two sons Luke shares with his wife, Caroline, and he is starting to step into the spotlight for reasons of his own. Although the country star tends to keep his family life private, his son’s growing success in high school football is drawing national attention.

The young quarterback has put up impressive stats this season, passing for more than 2,000 yards and throwing 30 touchdowns. Several schools have also already extended Bo full-ride scholarship offers, including Tennessee Tech, Eastern Kentucky, East Tennessee State, and the University of North Alabama.

In an interview with The Tennessean following Friday’s game, Bo explained that he initially thought he had suffered a stinger when he hit the ground. However, after getting back to his feet, he realized the injury was more serious than he first believed.

He later took to his Instagram Stories to reveal that he had actually broken his collarbone as a result of the incident. Bo remained optimistic despite the setback, reassuring fans that he would “be back.”
