Maggie McGraw and her longtime boyfriend, James Rubin, are getting married.
Her older sister, Gracie, was the first to share the exciting news. She posted a few photos on Instagram over the weekend, giving a behind-the-scenes look at Maggie and James’ engagement party.

In the carousel of photos Gracie posted, one features Maggie showing off her beautiful engagement ring, which appears to be a round-cut diamond set in a simple, thin gold band.
If you look closely, you can see her dad, Tim, sitting beside her during her special celebration.

Another photo in the mix shows Maggie and James sharing a sweet kiss.
Maggie, Gracie, and Audrey also posed for a photo together. Maggie chose a chic black dress for her party, while Audrey went with something similar, also wearing a black dress with a denim jacket over it. Gracie stood out in an adorable white dress that had poodles on the front and back.

“[James] proposed to our sister [Maggie] in the greatest most Maggie way possible, filled with flowers and family,” Gracie wrote in the post’s caption. “It’s an honor to have been a small part of the process of getting things set up and perfect for our Mags, I will never forget it.”
Gracie even shared a photo on her Instagram Story of the romantic way James proposed.
He set up a white rug surrounded by beautiful bouquets of flowers. It looks like the moment took place in an apartment.

Tim McGraw hasn’t shared anything about his daughter’s engagement just yet, and her mother, Faith Hill, doesn’t have social media. But there’s no doubt they’re both over the moon for Maggie and James!
About Maggie McGraw
Maggie, 28, is the middle child of country music stars Tim McGraw and Faith Hill. She has two sisters, Gracie, 29, and Audrey, 24.
Unlike her parents and her siblings, who have all built singing careers of their own, Maggie chose a different path and did not pursue music professionally.
In 2021, Maggie graduated from Stanford University with a master’s degree. She now works as a special projects and government affairs manager for Earth League International, a nonprofit organization that investigates environmental crimes.
