Priscilla Presley, the former wife of Elvis Presley, the King of Rock n’ Roll, is being sued by her former business partners.

Priscilla Presley has once again found herself the subject of a lawsuit, this time to the tune of $50 million. Presley’s former business associates, Bridgitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, are suing her for “fraud, lack of payment for rendered services, wrongful possession of funds, breach of agreements and misappropriation of name or likeness.”

The suit includes some hefty allegations against Priscilla, claims that her attorney called “shameful, ridiculous, salacious, and meritless.”

The lawsuit was filed in California Superior Court on August 11, 2025, by Kruse and Fialko, and claims that the 80-year-old former actress and model exploited her daughter Lisa Marie’s death to “regain control over Elvis Presley’s legacy and assets.”

The plaintiffs alleged that Priscilla ignored Lisa Marie’s health concerns at the Golden Globes just days before she died of cardiac arrest at the age of 54.

“Priscilla, who knew that Lisa was in the process of taking steps to remove her as the sole trustee of Lisa’s irrevocable life insurance trust, saw an opportunity to regain control,” the lawsuit alleges. Priscilla rushed to the hospital, where she allegedly ‘pulled the plug’ before Lisa Marie’s daughter, Riley Keough, could arrive, despite Lisa Marie’s ‘clear directive to ‘prolong her life,’” the lawsuit claimed.

Priscilla’s lawyer, Marty Singer issued a statement in response to the suit, calling it “one of the most shameful, ridiculous, salacious, and meritless lawsuits I have seen in my practice.“ He added that “nothing more than a sad and vicious attempt to falsely tarnish the reputation of an eighty-year-old woman in blatant retaliation for bringing a lawsuit to redress the wrongful conduct of Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, and their co-conspirators.”

The attorney added that Presley’s granddaughter, Riley Keough, “stands behind her grandmother 100% and is equally disgusted with this latest, vicious attempt by Kruse … to ruin her grandmother’s life.”

Priscilla Presley’s Other Lawsuits

The new lawsuit is the latest in a string of suits between Priscilla Presley and her former business associates.

In 2023, Kruse sued Presley for alleged breach of contract after the two formed Priscilla Presley Partners. Kruse claimed that she was hired by Presley to “prevent financial ruin and public embarrassment” because the latter was months from “financial collapse” due to unpaid tax debts and no guarantee of future income.

Kruse alleged that she spent a great deal of time and money developing projects on Priscilla’s behalf before Priscilla suddenly cut off communication. Kruse was seeking unspecified damages.

In 2024, Priscilla Presley, in turn, filed a lawsuit against Kruse, Kevin Fialko, Vahe Sislyan, Lynn Walker Wright, and Priscilla Presley Partners.

Priscilla alleged that auction house founder, Kruse, gained control of Priscilla’s finances after gaining her trust. The suit alleges that Kruse successfully isolated “her from the most important people in her life, and duping her into believing that they would take care of her (personally and financially).”

“By isolating her and immersing themselves in every aspect of her life, the Defendants were able to fraudulently induce [Priscilla] into giving them power of attorney, control over her family and personal trusts, and control over her bank accounts,” the complaint read.

The outcome of those lawsuits is unknown.
