Tanya Tucker Says She Rejected Elvis: “I Didn’t Want To Be One Of The Girls”

Recently, music legend Tanya Tucker, 60, stopped by Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen and let everyone in on a juicy bit of information. One of her many suitors over the years was none other than the king of rock and roll himself, Elvis Presley.
When talking to Cohen about the rock and roll star’s advances, Tucker said, “My dad told me, as I was leaving the trailer that night going to the Elvis show at the Hilton, he said, ‘Listen here, that boy can have any girl he wants in the world. Make sure he knows he can’t have you.”

“He tried to kiss me…I never did because I didn’t want to be one of the [girls.] I’m one of the boys,” she recalled, talking about the time Elvis tried to kiss her in the midst of one of his concerts, and she turned him down.
Tucker says Elvis continued to ask her to go to Graceland, but she rejected him each time.
