Things are getting intense on The Voice as the field is being narrowed down. During Tuesday nightโ€™s episode, two competitors were eliminated, leaving 11 remaining in the competition.

Following the Monday nightโ€™s Top 13 performances, Tuesdayโ€™s live show revealed the 10 singers who received the most votes this week. The remaining three singers vied for the Instant Save, a wildcard vote that takes place during the episode. Up for the Instant Save were Team Legendโ€™s Shadale, Team Kellyโ€™s Gymani, and Team Arianaโ€™s Ryleigh Plank.

Each of those up for the Instant Save were able to give one final performance before the 5-minute voting window opened. Gymani sang โ€œSweet Loveโ€ by Anita Baker, Ryleigh Plank covered her coachโ€™s song โ€œDangerous Woman,โ€ and Shadale went country with a cover of Faith Hillโ€™s โ€œBreath.โ€

The song was the title track of Faith Hillโ€˜s fourth studio album and became a hit in 1999, but the song didnโ€™t have the same success for Shadale who, along with Ryleigh Plank, were eliminated after losing the Instant Save to Gymani who claimed the coveted final spot moving into next weekโ€™s Top 11.

Tuesdayโ€™s eliminations left John Legend and Ariana Grande with only two singers left in the competition. Blake Shelton is close behind with three, but Kelly Clarkson is fully loaded with four singers moving on.
