When Country Stars Take a Tumble: The Most Memorable On-Stage Mishaps

Onstage mishaps happen often, and thankfully no one has been seriously hurt. With too many to mention here, we’ve rounded up seven of the most memorable onstage slip ups. Let us know if we missed any you think should be on this list.

Parker McCollum

Parker McCollum’s recent fall was hard to forget for multiple reasons. He took the tumble during his Burn It Down Tour, which was his first headlining tour. He fell off the bottom step of the stage and did a full flip but somehow protected the guitar! His face when he pops back up says it all.

Luke Bryan falls a lot! So much so that he decided it was time to address his constant falling on Jimmy Kimmel Live. He wanted fans to know that he wasn’t drunk during these falls!

He said, “I am up there trying to do Micheal Jackson moves in too bit of a frame and when you add water to a stage and [you wear] slick cowboy boots, you go down hard.” Kimmel and Bryan shared a laugh about his track record, and Kimmel made Bryan promise that if he falls again he has to “wear a helmet.”

Kane Brown

These falls are all fun and games until someone gets hurt. Kane Brown showed incredible resilience after an onstage tumble and injury, making this one memorable for more reasons than one.

Brown’s motto should have been, “the show must go on,” during a stop on his Blessed & Free Tour. After jumping on stage and rolling his ankle Brown was taken backstage by security. His fans weren’t sure if he would continue, but he persevered. He came out on a chair and continued the concert through some tears. Brown was truly inspiring! Watch the fall below.

Tim McGraw

Tim McGraw made the list of on-stage falls during an Arizona music festival in 2022. He took a surprisingly graceful fall off the stage and fans were left speculating as to why… some even suggested he fell because jeans were to tight. Watch the video below!

Ernest

Ernest was caught slipping mid concert while trying to throw a rose into the audience. He tripped over the ledge and the audience all looked stunned because the fall seemed serious. However, in true rockstar fashion Ernest jumped up, cheered, and threw his hands in the air which caused the audience to go crazy.

Jelly Roll

Jelly Roll took this fall in stride during his collaborative song “All My Life,” with MGK (Machine Gun Kelly). It was a small trip but he sadly lost his hat to the audience. Some fan must have been excited to leave the concert with the new hat!
