Casi Joy Sets The ‘Voice’ Stage On Fire With Chris Stapleton’s ‘Parachute’

Voice contestant Casi Joy set fire to the stage with a powerful rendition of Chris Stapleton‘s “Parachute” Monday night (April 17).

Donning an outfit as adorable as her personality, the aspiring country singer took the song head on, exploding with energy in her fiery performance. The wild rendition earned the young contestant a standing ovation from coach Blake Shelton who praised her for how she “brings so much energy to the stage.” 

While her impressive performance may have been met with praise for the crowd favorite who was edged early in the competition as a contestant to watch, unfortunately, her time on the show has come to an end. However, fans of the contestant don’t need to worry, Casi presses this won’t be the last you see of her.

“I am SO grateful to have had this amazing opportunity,” she wrote on her Instagram following her elimination. “Thank you all sooo much for voting and for all the love and support you’ve shown me. This was by far my favorite performance, and I have never felt more “me.” This is not the end. Stay tuned.”
