Chris Janson Celebrates “Christmas At The Opry” With Two High-Energy Performances

On Thursday, December 7th, Christmas at the Opry presented a festive two-hour special that delighted viewers with a mix of Christmas favorites, holiday classics, and contemporary hits.
For his first appearance of the night, Chris Janson delivered a vibrant performance of the cheerful Christmas classic, “Run Run Rudolph.” Janson’s energy was contagious and the audience danced along.
Later in the show, Chris Janson returned to the Opry circle with his recently released cover “Holiday Road.” The lively song, written by Lindsey Buckingham, holds cherished memories for many, including Janson, who not only infused his signature vibrancy into the vocals but also showcased his drumming skills, bringing timeless holiday joy to all.
“I’ve always loved Christmas Vacation, the movie, and this song reminds me of that,” Janson explained to Big Machine Label Group. “I hopped in to play drums on this track, and I hope everyone loves it!”
The Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville, Tennessee came alive when Janson stepped into the spotlight. He brought his distinctive touch to both holiday songs, revitalizing them with a fresh and vibrant energy.
