Kai Trump Shared A Personal Perspective Of Her Grandfather’s Inauguration Day

Donald Trump has five children and ten grandchildren, the oldest of whom is Kai Madison Trump, born on May 12, 2007. Kai is the eldest daughter of Donald Trump Jr. and Vanessa Hayden.

You may remember her from her speech at the 2024 Republican National Convention, where, at just 17 years old, she took the stage in front of thousands of attendees and millions watching from home to speak about her grandfather.

This speech came shortly after an assassination attempt on his life, displaying a more vulnerable side of the president.

In her speech, Kai shared personal stories about their bond over golf, emphasizing that both she and her grandfather are avid golfers. She also touched on his competitive nature and, most importantly, described his role as a grandfather.

Kai’s Behind-the-Scenes Perspective of Inauguration Day

On January 20, Trump was sworn in as the 47th president of the United States.

Kai, who has a thriving YouTube channel, provided her audience with a behind-the-scenes look at Inauguration Day from her perspective. Her video, which is trending on YouTube and has garnered over 2 million views, offers a true glimpse into the historic day.

She documented the entire day, starting with the church service and concluding with her dancing on stage. She was quite nervous about dancing in front of thousands, especially since she had never slow danced before.

Her father, Donald Trump Jr., joked that she had “two left feet” in the video.

The video highlights both the exciting moments and the challenges of the day, such as finding food and coffee while running late, and dealing with wardrobe issues.

Throughout the day, Kai was surrounded by her friends and siblings, and there’s a special cameo from Donald Trump Jr.

At one point, her videographer asks how it felt to see her grandfather sworn in as the 47th president, and she earnestly replies, “To me, he is just like a normal grandpa.”
