Kid Rock Prepares For His “Freedom 250” Tour

Kid Rock is gearing up for a packed year on the road. He recently announced his “Freedom 250” tour set for this spring. Alongside that run of shows, his Rock The Country festival will also travel to multiple cities nationwide, keeping him busy with back-to-back performances across the country.

The “Freedom 250 Tour” will be a 10-stop spring tour taking place from early May and going through mid June. The tour is happening ahead of the 250th anniversary of the United States on July 4th. In honor of the huge milestone, “America 250” celebrations are set to occur all over the nation.

The celebration is being coordinated through the U.S. Semiquincentennial Commission, with plans for historical exhibits, educational programs, cultural events, and major public celebrations across the country.

Inside Kid Rock’s Impressive Tennessee Residence

While Kid Rock is originally from the Detroit, Michigan area, he is now primarily based in Tennessee, where he owns a large estate in the Nashville area.

The 55-year-old lives in what looks like a replica of the White House which he dubbed as “Redneck Paradise.” Seated on 68 acres in the historic rural community of Whites Creek, Kid Rock’s 27,000-square-foot home is just roughly 20 minutes north of the big city.

The singer previously told Fox News’ Tucker Carlson in 2022 that while his property is large, he likes to live in a very neat and tidy manner. He gave the former host a complete tour of the property during that interview.

“I like things cleany, tidy, organized, and I’ve always been that way with everything,” Kid Rock said at the time.
