Maren Morris & Cassadee Pope Spark Dating Rumors After Posting Kissing Photo

Rumors are swirling after Cassadee Pope and Maren Morris locked lips on Instagram earlier this week.
Maren Morris And Cassadee Pope Reconnected In NYC Last Weekend
Maren Morris was one of the country stars in attendance at Taylor Swift’s New York City wedding. To confirm her attendance to the private ceremony and reception, the “My Church” singer shared a series of photos of herself and Kelsea Ballerini alongside the caption, “baby just say yes,” a lyric from Swift’s song “Love Story.”
She also included a handkerchief, seemingly given out at the wedding, in the last slide.
Other country stars in attendance included Little Big Town’s Karen Fairchild, Jimi Westbrook, Kimberly Schlapman and her husband, and Philip Sweet and his wife, Miranda Lambert and her husband Brendan McLoughlin. Brad Paisley and his wife Kimberly Williams-Paisley also attended, though they didn’t arrive with the rest of the Nashville crew.
Maren made sure to see some other friends in New York City, including The Voice winner Cassadee Pope.
Pope has spent more time recently in New York City after she was cast in a few different Off-Broadway musicals including Titanique and Rolling Thunder.
In carousel of photos on Instagram on July 7, Pope shared a cute photo of her and Maren Morris hanging out together.
The “Wasting All These Tears” singer also shared the photo on her Instagram Story with the caption, “Trying to get bb to move here, everyone help.”
Are Maren and Cassadee Dating?
Not long after, Pope and Morris shared a kiss, and the Voice winner posted that on her Instagram Story as well, sparking romance rumors. On top of the photo, Pope wrote, “she won’t go out with you because she’s out with me, silly.”
While this might look like a dating confirmation to some, we’re not so sure!
Cassadee has been linked to Blake Lowell, and recently celebrated their one year anniversary in May 2026. Although she deleted the anniversary post on Instagram, it remains on Facebook.
Some reports believe this relationship could be real because Morris is openly bisexual. We will wait and see! What do you think about the photo?
