Miranda Lambert Announces “One Night Only” Show & It’s Unlike Anything She’s Ever Done Before
on

On October 1, Nashville’s newest live music venue, The Truth, will open its doors to visitors, and Miranda Lambert will be there to help welcome them in.
On Tuesday (August 18), Lambert shared a video on social media teasing a big announcement. Her cryptic caption hinted at a one-of-a-kind event, reading, “I’ve done a lot of things in my career, but I’ve never done this…“
After pressing “play” on the video, we see Lambert stroll onto a stage as a small string section plays the familiar melody from her fiery hit, “Mama’s Broken Heart.” At the end of the clip, text flashes on the screen announcing that Lambert will be performing at The Truth’s grand opening on October 1.
An official press release from Lambert and her team provides some additional context about this “One Night Only” concert.
During the show, Lambert will perform a mix of fan-favorite hits and new songs from her upcoming album, Crisco. The record drops the day after the concert (October 2).
But that’s not all. The never-been-done-before element that Lambert is bringing to the performance is the inclusion of a 12-piece string section in her backing band.
“It was magical to hear the way strings can transform a song when we were in the studio creating this record, and I can’t wait to bring that to life in an even bigger way with our full setlist,” Lambert said.
She added, “We’ve never gotten to play that way on stage, and to have the opportunity to do it for the first time at the opening of a beautiful new venue right here in Nashville is going to be really special.”
Tickets for Miranda Lambert’s “One Night Only” show at The Truth go on sale to the general public on Friday, August 21, at 10 AM CT. You can purchase tickets through The Truth’s official website.

Miranda Lambert’s New Album, Crisco, Debuts On October 2
As mentioned previously, Miranda Lambert is releasing a new album the day after her unique show at The Truth. Crisco features 12 tunes that blend country and disco sounds, including the previously released title track, “Sunset Marquis,” and “Till the Going’s Gone.”
Crisco also contains Lambert’s Grammy-nominated duet with Chris Stapleton, “A Song to Sing.” The duo released the song in July 2025, and it peaked at #17 on the Country Airplay chart.
The groovy music video, which shows Stapleton and Lambert singing in a skating rink, includes some subtle nods to Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton. Stapleton wore one of Rogers’ necklaces while filming, and Lambert donned a pair of Parton’s earrings.
