Miranda Lambert Delivers Debut Performance Of “Crisco” At The 2026 ACM Awards
on May 17, 2026

Miranda Lambert Was A Nominee & Performer At The 2026 ACM Awards
On April 7, it was announced that Miranda Lambert had joined the all-star lineup of performers for the 2026 ACM Awards. Then, just two days later, we learned that Lambert earned the second-highest number of nominations this year, with a total of eight. (Megan Moroney had the most nods, with nine).
Lambert earned recognition in some of the night’s top categories, including Female Artist of the Year and Entertainer of the Year. But regardless of how many trophies she received, she was already a winner.
Lambert currently holds the record for the most wins of any artist in ACM history.

Lambert earned her first ACM Entertainer of the Year honor in 2022, which helped her secure the rare Triple Crown Award.
The Triple Crown Award is given to artists who’ve won their respective New Artist category, their respective Vocalist/Duo/Group category, and Entertainer of the Year. The wins do not have to occur in the same year to result in the awarding of the Triple Crown.
Lambert is one of only 12 artists to receive the ACM’s Triple Crown Award.
Miranda Lambert Takes To The Stage At The ACM Awards To Sing Her Groovy New Song, “Crisco”
As one of the night’s top nominees, it makes perfect sense why Lambert was chosen to perform during the ACM Awards on Sunday, May 17. Hosted by country music megastar Shania Twain, this year’s ceremony was available to watch live on Amazon Prime Video.
On May 15, only two days before the ACM Awards, Lambert dropped a brand-new song. Titled “Crisco,” the disco-infused tune is her first release with her new record label, MCA.
“We wanted something that feels familiar but also fresh, which is really hard to do,” Lambert said in a press release about the track. “We leaned into all the things I grew up loving about country music – Glen Campbell, Kenny and Dolly; very ’70s and ’80s. It’s a fun mix of all these sides of country music that I’ve never fully explored before, even down to using strings in a bigger way.”
When it came time for her to perform during the 2026 ACM Awards, Lambert treated viewers to her debut live performance of “Crisco.”
Lambert was the second artist who performed at the 2026 ACM Awards. She delivered a lively performance of “Crisco” well dressed in an all-denim, rhinestone-covered outfit.
She seemed to be having the time of her life as she grooved around onstage while singing her brand-new song. And it was the perfect track to help get the audience excited for a night full of fun times and good music.
You can always count on Miranda Lambert for a top-tier performance at the ACM Awards, and she delivered once again this year!
