Country singer Ned LeDoux Releases New Single “Real As I Believe” On March 7th

Fans know about Ned LeDoux’s history of loss and grief. He lost his father in 2005 and in 2019, his two-year-old daughter Haven tragically passed away.

Despite his loss, music has helped him “find joy and positivity in hard times instead of drowning in sorrow.”

In his newest release, a song titled “Real As I Believe,” Ned gets more personal than ever. He says, “Music can be a powerful thing. It opened me up and exposed me in ways I never expected. Very spiritual for sure.”

“Real As I Believe” is an emotional song about his belief in Heaven and his eventual ability to see his daughter there.

He opens the song by singing, “When I’m gone, and they lay me down / It’ll only be my body in the ground / They’ll be no need to cry a tear for me if heaven is as real as I believe.”

The second verse is what will make you weep.

And I’ll see my daughter / You know it’s true / And she’ll catch me up on all the things she’s up to / We’ll skip stones across an endless sea if heaven is as real as I believe.”
