Morgan Wallen Is Opening A New Bar In Nashville
Morgan Wallen is doing way more than staying at the top of the Billboard charts these days. Rumor has it that the, “Broadway Girl” artist is opening up his own honky-tonk bar right off Nashville’s most iconic street, Broadway. And here’s all the information we know about his bar!
Where Morgan Wallen’s Bar Will Be Located
The property will be located at 107 Fourth Avenue N, which is right behind Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row and right beside Ryman Auditorium and Margaritaville. The location was bought by TC Restaurant Group in 2022 for $10 million and was a parking lot at the time, but has recently and secretly been under construction to build out Wallen’s bar.
Now that Nashville Business Journal has officially announced the bar is coming to town, it is certainly not a secret or rumor anymore! Morgan Wallen is arguably the most popular country music artist of 2023 and with his name in neon lights right off of “Honky Tonk Highway,” it’s almost guaranteed to attract thousands, if not millions of visitors.
Here’s What Morgan Wallen’s Bar Will Have
Even though neither Morgan Wallen nor TC Restaurant Group has confirmed the report put out by the Nashville Business Journal, the plans for the bar were filed with the Metro Planning Department. The plans filed include a six-story building that will of course host live music and have multiple bars, including a rooftop bar, as well as a gift shop.
The partnership between Wallen and TC Restaurant Group comes as no surprise since Wallen has close relationships with other country music artists who are affiliated with the group. Not to mention, Wallen has been known to hang out on Broadway quite often so we can imagine this is an absolute dream come true for the rising superstar.
