Bunnie Xo, whose real name is Alisa DeFord, is readying her next chapter following her divorce from singer Jelly Roll.

The podcaster and the “Save Me” singer went public with their split on June 15, after Jelly Roll filed for divorce on May 18. Legal documents obtained by TMZ show the reason for the split as “irreconcilable differences.” The paperwork also revealed that the couple separated on May 9, roughly one week before Jelly Roll filed for the divorce.

Despite their split, the two remain on good terms, with the podcast host saying they “are ending this marriage on the best possible terms that you could ever have in a divorce.”

At Jelly Roll’s June 18th show, which took place the same night that Bunnie Xo dropped her podcast about the divorce, he doubled down on her sentiment, telling the crowd, “Me and my wife are best friends. We will always be best friends.”

The two have even revealed they plan to move forward with their plans on trying to have a baby together! It’s quite the unconventional divorce, but if it works for them, that’s all that matters.

Bunnie XO’s Next Chapter

Shortly after news of their divorce went public, moving trucks were spotted outside their house, but it wasn’t clear which one of them would be moving out.

Now, we know it is Bunnie who did the moving, as Jelly Roll has given her her “dream house” in the divorce.

“J and I have been building our dream house. We bought a compound, and we’ve been building our dream house for the past year,” Bunnie said on her podcast. “J is so sweet that he’s giving me the compound in the divorce because he knows how special it is to me.”

She revealed that there are three homes on the property. One will belong to Bunnie, and two of her friends will be moving into the other homes. At the end of the podcast episode, she teased that there might be a TV show about her move onto the compound.

Along with her new dream house, Bunnie is getting ready for her next chapter: higher education.

She revealed on her Instagram Story on July 3rd, Bunnie announced that she was accepted into Arizona State University, using the caption, “Dr. Xo loading?”

She did not reveal what program she applied for, or even which degree, though her caption implies she will be in a doctorate program. It does not appear that Bunnie has an undergraduate degree, but seeing as how open she is with her follwoers, we’re sure there will be an update if and when she starts classes.

Congratulations, Bunnie!
