Alan Jackson Announces New Tour Dates
Country music star Alan Jackson is hitting the road again, bringing his “Last Call: One More For The Road Tour” to cities nationwide. After announcing the tour in 2022, Jackson took a break following the conclusion of the initial 16 dates. Now, he’s back and ready to perform for fans across the country.
Jackson’s comeback to touring follows a hiatus due to health challenges related to Charcot-Marie-Tooth (CMT) Disorder, a condition affecting his motor and sensory nerves, which he was diagnosed with over ten years ago. Despite this, he’s determined to provide fans with a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
The tour will visit 10 new cities, starting in Boston on August 7, 2024, and ending in Milwaukee on May 17, 2025.
Each show will be Jackson’s final performance in that area, making this second leg of the tour even more exciting for fans.
In a statement, Alan Jackson expressed his gratitude towards his fans over his decades-long career, determined to give them the best last round of shows he can before he spends more time to focus on family and personal matters.
“Fans know when they come to my shows, they’re going to hear the songs that made me who I am—the ones they love,” Jackson said. “I’ve been touring for over 30 years—my daughters are all grown, we have one grandchild and one on the way…and I’m enjoying spending more time at home. But my fans always show up to have a good time, and I’m going to give them the best show I can for this ‘Last Call.'”
Tickets for the “Last Call: One More For The Road Tour” will be available for purchase starting Friday, June 7th. VIP packages will also be offered. Additionally, one dollar from each ticket sold will be contributed to the CMT Research Foundation.
