Ella Langley, Lainey Wilson, & Other Country All-Stars Unite To Sing Little Big Town’s “Better Man”

Five country music superstars helped kick off CMA Fest in Nashville by joining forces for a captivating cover of “Better Man” by Little Big Town.
On Wednesday night (June 3), HARDY and a group of his famous friends entertained an audience at the Trend Presents: Off The Record event. The show fell the evening before the official start of CMA Fest on June 4.
The concert featured several collaborations, including some between HARDY and Ella Langley. At one point, they sang Langley’s “Be Her,” which they co-wrote with Jordan Schmidt and Smith Ahnquist. “Be Her” is Langley’s current single and one of the biggest hits in the U.S. right now.

Another standout moment at the Off The Record event came when HARDY and Langley joined Miranda Lambert, Lainey Wilson, and Little Big Town’s Karen Fairchild for a group performance. They opted to sing “Better Man,” a song that was written by Taylor Swift and released by Little Big Town in 2016.
“Better Man” won the CMA Award for Song of the Year in 2017 and won the Grammy for Best Country Duo/Group Performance in 2018.

After That Epic “Better Man” Collaboration, What Else Is Happening During CMA Fest?
CMA Fest starts today (June 4) in Nashville. The festival lasts through Sunday (June 7).
This year’s lineup boasts over 150 artists, with many of them performing at the daytime shows that are free for fans to attend.
Tickets must be purchased for the evening shows at Nissan Stadium, featuring artists such as Tim McGraw, Luke Bryan, Lainey Wilson, Cody Johnson, Ella Langley, and more.
The festival is sure to serve as a springboard for even more all-star collaborations. Several of those surprise moments will be filmed for the upcoming CMA Fest TV special, which airs on ABC on June 25 at 8/7c.
Country music star and future Voice coach Riley Green will co-host the special with Good Morning America‘s Lara Spencer.
