‘Duck Dynasty’ Fans React To New Photo Of Miss Kay

Duck Dynasty fans are always eager to see an update about the Robertson family matriarch, Miss Kay, especially when it’s a positive one.
2025 was a tough year for Kay and the rest of the Robertson clan. Her husband, Phil, passed away on May 25 after battling a blood disorder and Alzheimer’s disease.
In addition to dealing with the grief, Kay also had health struggles of her own.
She had a “horrific” fall that resulted in a “terrible” cut on her leg. Jase, her second eldest song, said the injury was so severe, he “thought it was life-threatening.”
She made a miraculous discovery and appeared on the Duck Call Room podcast in June 2025 to shut down rumors and false reports about her health. Her eldest son, Al, said that his mom was healthier at the time of the podcast than she had been in a long while.
Al Gave A Health Update On June 1, 2026
In June 2026, Al took to Instagram again to share an update on his mom’s health.
He shared that she is doing very well and that her “favorite son” is whichever one brings her food, so he likes to take her to her favorite restaurant, Olive Garden, frequently!
Al added, “With the year Mom’s had since Dad passed and all her health struggles, none of us take it for granted when we get to hear her laugh and chatter over a meal.”
Willie Robertson Shares New Photo Of Miss Kay All Smiles
Over Labor Day weekend, Willie Robertson shared two photos of his festivities that made Duck Dynasty fans very happy happy happy.
The first photo was of him and his mom wearing big smiles and the second was of him eating a cookie.
“My Mom, a cookie, and a new apron. Happy as can be!” Willie captioned the post.
