“Full House” Cast Reunites For Bob Saget’s Funeral

Full House star Bob Saget was laid to rest in California on Friday (January 14). Hundreds of the actor’s friends and loved ones gathered to celebrate his life.

TMZ reported that at least 300 people arrived at Mt. Sinai Memorial Park Cemetery in the Hollywood Hills to honor Saget who died on Sunday (January 9) at the age of 65. Among those in attendance were the actor’s Full House co-stars Candace Cameron Bure, Jodie Sweeten and Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen. John Stamos and Dave Coulier also attended and served as pallbearers.

Saget was found deceased in his hotel room at the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Orlando, Florida, on Sunday. Officials reported that there were no signs of drug use or foul play. An official cause of death won’t be available for 10 to 12 weeks.

As news of Saget’s death spread, his Full House family released statements on social media conveying their shock and sadness at his unexpected passing.

In addition to appearing on Full House from 1987 to 1995, Saget also hosted America’s Funniest Home Videos from 1989-1997. Saget returned to his role as Danny Tanner for 10 episodes of the Full House spinoff Fuller House. In 2020, the actor appeared on The Masked Singer as Squiggly Monster.
